We are seeking a Permanent Construction Manager to oversee fit-out projects within airside environments at Gatwick Airport. This role involves managing the construction and refurbishment of lounges, gates, piers, and other essential airside facilities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the delivery of airside fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Managing and coordinating teams of contractors and subcontractors. Monitoring progress and providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensuring strict compliance with airport regulations, security protocols, and health & safety requirements. Identifying and resolving any site issues to keep projects on track. Working night shifts to accommodate airport operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Manager, ideally within airport environments or similar high-security, fast-paced settings. Strong understanding of fit-out projects, particularly in airside locations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
