This vacancy in our small friendly Finance Team is for a Finance Officer who provides professional and customer focused services to internal and external supplies and customers. You will accurately and efficiently process Purchase ledger, including processing suppliers’ invoices and assisting with the payment process, monthly reconciliations, scanning and filing of invoices. You will also be preparing relevant sales ledger and sending out invoices, inputting receipts onto the system, scanning and filing of invoices and receipts. Additionally, as we are a housing organisation you will work on our Rents Ledger accurately and proficiently processing housing rent transactions onto the system. In this role: You need to be educated to at least A level standard with minimum Grade 5/6 in English and Mathematics at GCSE. You must have bookkeeping skills or experience in a similar role. You must have at least 12 months working experience in finance/accounting department especially with purchase ledger role. Possess good working knowledge of finance systems and accounting software.
