You’ll earn a salary of up to £26,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Complete administration tasks related to payroll queries
* Use and maintain the time and attendance system in order to process the on site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlines
* Be responsible for the coordination and record-keeping of absence and sickness and manage the absence hotline
* Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records

What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous payroll administrative experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
* Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
* Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
