Can you ‘ MAKE IT HAPPEN ’?
To support the Council’s drive to become Council of the Future we are looking to appoint on a temporary part-time basis a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer & Business Support Mail Courier who will enjoy working in an environment of continuous change and improvement.
You will be educated to SVQ level 2 or equivalent, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the drive to ‘make it happen’ in busy working environments while delivering a high-quality responsive service.
Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and data protection legislation requirements.
You must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and to deadlines within busy teams ensuring excellent customer support to both internal and external customers.
You will provide general clerical and administrative support across multiple sites and will be responsible for delivering and collecting mail and other items across the Falkirk Council area.
A current driving licence and moving and handling experience are essential.
You will work 22.2 hours per week.
This post is temporary until March 2026 due to service requirement.
