This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions in the Oil & Gas, Energy & Power sectors. Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to simplify the recruitment process. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organisation. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process. Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, job fairs, and online platforms like Salesforce. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications Proven experience in permanent technical recruitment is essential. Experience of selling retainers would be advantageous. Familiarity with ATS platforms is highly desirable. Strong skills in lead generation and relationship management are crucial for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels. Experience in human resources or related functions is an advantage. Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes is preferred. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail are essential traits for this position.
