Our global client portfolio includes elite private clubs, leisure and golf tour operators, agents and concierge providers, HNW individuals, private family offices and corporate entities invested in golf. Candidates should have travel industry experience, preferably in the luxury segment, an interest in golf and an understanding of its language. About the opportunity Overseeing the administration of bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Managing bookings from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring adherence to the company’s standards for a premium customer experience. Serving as a key point of contact for supplier communications, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong relationships. Preparing and reviewing client-facing documents, ensuring all details are accurate and presented professionally. Golf remains at the heart of our offering, with access to the world’s finest courses forming the foundation of many itineraries. However, our commitment to exceptional service extends far beyond golf—delivering extraordinary experiences requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the luxury traveler’s needs. You will act as a leader within the reservations team, mentoring junior colleagues and sharing your expertise to ensure the highest standards of service. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) will also be a key responsibility, enabling us to offer exclusive and unique opportunities to our clients. Additionally, you’ll monitor and refine internal processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across all bookings. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry, with an understanding of or interest in golf being an advantage. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
