Laidlaw Schools Trust are looking to appoint an Estates Coordinator initially on a 1-year fixed-term contract with potential for a permanent position.
This role will report to the Head of Estates and contribute to the effective development of the estates strategy by working closely with a multidisciplinary estates and facilities team to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective environment over Laidlaw Schools Trust's growing portfolio.

One of the great things about this exciting new role is the varied work with the ability to make a difference. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some experience of managing small works projects including managing quotes and awards, monitoring works, etc., and you will also have health and safety experience. Access to your own vehicle to be able to visit our school sites is essential.
We are looking for a key individual who has a positive outlook and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be organised to ensure the trust requirement for structure is reflected in managing policies and procedures and adopt a holistic and integrated approach to risk management by using tools and technology to proactively mitigate potential risk and work toward sustained improvements to ensure the trust meets its health and safety obligations.
