As they continue to expand their Scottish offering, we are representing them exclusively in their search for a Legal Advisor with experience in personal injury claims. What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a high-volume caseload of Pursuer RTA PI claims using their Case Management System and established procedures.
* Progressing cases efficiently, offering timely and professional legal advice with regular client contact.
* Identifying litigation opportunities and acting decisively when proceedings are tactically beneficial.
* Advising clients pragmatically on settlement and litigation risk.
* Meeting and exceeding targets around settlements and profitability while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
* Liaising with medical experts, insurers and third parties to proactively move cases forward.
* Thriving in a collaborative, high-performance environment with plenty of autonomy.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience handling RTA PI claims (Pursuer side).
* Understanding of Scottish Protocol Personal Injury and pre-litigation non-PI RTA claims.
* Strong IT skills – confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
* Ability to work independently but enjoy being part of a supportive team.
