What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the gastropub’s refined seasonal menus.
* Supporting daily mise en place and service, working across multiple sections.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation at all times.
* Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver a consistent and elevated dining experience.
* Monitoring stock levels and working with the Head Chef to manage kitchen supplies.
* Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a high-quality kitchen, preferably within a rosette or fine dining environment.
* A strong foundation in classic techniques and a passion for fresh, seasonal cooking.
* A team player with excellent communication skills and a calm, can-do attitude.
* High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a genuine love of hospitality.
* A good understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and HACCP practices.
