We are now looking for a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The Role As a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager, you will oversee all financial operations across the organisation, ensuring the groups financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Specifically, you will prepare timely statutory financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries, liaise with auditors, develop financial reporting policies and drive accuracy across all statutory returns. Beyond this, you will maintain group tax compliance, manage complex domestic and international tax matters, and co-ordinate internal audits to identify risks and uphold strong financial controls. Additionally, you will: - Oversee the implementation of financial reporting and compliance updates - Manage the groups treasury function, ensuring liquidity and financial risk management - Deliver cash flow forecasting and analysis - Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive reporting and audit preparation About You To be considered as a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager, you will need: - To hold an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification - At least four years post-qualification experience - Experience preparing FRS 102 statutory accounts and managing audits - Proven experience working with external auditors - A solid understanding of regulatory compliance and financial control frameworks - Strong leadership and team management abilities The closing date for this role is 17th April 2025.
