Responsibilities
Organize and lead activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development in children.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children during playtime and structured activities.
Build strong relationships with children and encourage positive interactions among peers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop creative programming tailored to the interests of children.
Maintain an inclusive atmosphere that respects the diversity and needs of all children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Monitor and assess children's behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families.
Understanding of child development and best practices in play-based learning.
Ability to plan and organize engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse environment for all children.
First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Hours Per Week: 37.00

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £14.99
