Operations Manager/Key Account Manager
Hemel Hempstead
£60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance, private health, performance related bonus
Outsource UK is recruiting a Operations Manager/Key Account Manager to work for a leading supply chain client in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis.
This customer-facing role requires a commercially savvy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build a relationship with the customer, securing contract renewals and ensuring business excellence.
2. Ensure all KPI’s, such as operational and financial targets, are met.
3. Engage, develop and motivate your team to ensure a positive and constructive workplace and drive colleague engagement.
4. Be an advocate for excellent customer experience.
5. Work efficiently to tight deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction targets and service targets are adhered to in line with our values and behaviours.
Experience
1. Senior management experience of working within a 3PL environment, FMCG, supply chain, understanding processes and operations requirements.
2. Fully familiar with stringent service level expectations, in both a transport environment & warehouse environment.
3. Understand Fleet - HGVS, 1&2.
4. Commercially astute with the ability to deliver benefit against an open book budget.
5. You will have experience of working closely with clients and developing effective working relationships.
6. Must be able to commute to Hemel Hempstead 5 days a week.
