We are urgently recruiting electrical assembly ops / Electrical mates for long term temporary positions with our client, the world's leading supplier of temporary power solutions.
We are looking to recruit experienced, well-motivated Electricians. Working as part of a team, your main responsibilities will be assisting with the electrical assembly of large generator sets. Experience of working in an industrial / manufacturing environment would be advantageous, working with 3 phase supply and wiring control panels.
Candidates should preferably have experience in a modern manufacturing environment or industrial or commercial electrical environment. A safety conscious attitude, able to work under own initiative and having a flexible approach, are also essential requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a team with electrical and mechanical fitters to assemble generator sets.
2. Ensure health and safety procedures are maintained at all times.

The job holder will be energetic, team oriented, approachable, flexible, hands-on, be a self-starter with a natural ability to motivate others in achieving set objectives. The working environment is manufacturing and plant based to facilitate a strong communication link between all departments. Visibility and support with production on the factory floor will be required.

Hours: Dayshift - Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday – 0630 to 0730 start times (40 hours basic working week). Overtime available.
