Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of project activities. Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Organise and facilitate project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items. Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Support the project manager in risk assessment and change management processes. Manage project-related administrative tasks, including updating project management software. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
