ERP Project Manager South-East Monday – Friday £500 - £600 p/d We are seeking an experienced hands-on ERP Project Manager to lead the migration from Sage 200 and EFACS to a new Group ERP system within a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and RFP creation through to system selection, implementation, and go-live .It is absolutely essential for the right candidate have strong project management expertise and a willingness to get hands on when needed, experience in ERP system migrations, and a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows are essential. Responsibilities as ERP Project Manager: ERP Migration & Implementation Oversee the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring a smooth transition from Sage 200 and EFACS to the new Group ERP system. Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure all business processes are mapped, optimised, and aligned with the new system. Develop and own the project roadmap, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure seamless data migration, system configuration, and process integration across departments. Lead the RFP process, working with stakeholders to define ERP requirements and evaluation criteria. Manage vendor selection, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Requirements & Skills ERP Project Management Expertise – Proven experience leading ERP migrations, particularly from Sage 200, EFACS, or similar manufacturing systems. Business Process Documentation & Analysis – Ability to map, analyse, and optimise business processes, ensuring alignment with the new ERP system. Manufacturing Process Knowledge – Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain, inventory control, and finance operations. Data Migration & Integration Knowledge – Understanding of data structures, migration strategies, and system interoperability. Cross-functional Experience – This role works across manufacturing, finance, and IT, requiring strong collaboration skills. Experience with multi-site ERP rollouts across multiple manufacturing locations. Change management experience – ensuring smooth transition and user training.
