We offer a pay progression pathway which aligns with increasing knowledge, skill and leadership. You will receive a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum plus the following unsocial hours payments: 30% for all time on a Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any weekday after 8pm and before 6am. 60% for all time on a Sunday and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight). Main duties of the job Based within our patient focused IPU team, you will deliver nursing care that is patient-centred and holistic. This is a role where you will really be given the time and space to get to know the people you support. Our service operates 24/7 and shift patterns include weekends and bank holidays and rotation onto night duty. We offer some flexibility in shift patterns plus the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of hospice care, including community. From day 1, you will be fully supported in post with a robust and in-depth Induction, peer support and shared learning, and our new Clinical Skills Program. We have a fantastic education team and all our CPD is delivered onsite at the hospice.
