The job involves assisting the Contract Administration and the Accounts department and answering the phones and door and taking in deliveries. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn to join our friendly team. Electrical Contract Administrator duites: The job will require you to work alongside various department managers and assist with the administrive tasks for the contract administration department and the accounts department. Dealing with the flow of paperwork such as tech subs, RFI’s, O&M’s, emergency lighting log books, drawings, NICEIC certificate updates, site reports, site safety folders, document trackers etc. Create & monitor ASTA programmes: Full training will be given for this if needed. Raising purchase orders, invoicing, invoicing queries, chasing insurances, general accounts administration and working with sage/EQUE2. Answering incoming calls to the office and answering the door to clients, deliveries etc. Requirements: Accurate and excellent attention to detail with a methodical way of working Good level of computer/typing skills English and Maths GCSE qualifications preferable Excellent communication skills Previous experience is preferred but not essential
