Perfect Peace Project Administrator (Part-time)
Perfect Peace is a national Church of England project, developed by the Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich, working with families in church-based toddler groups, primarily in estate communities. Our mission is to develop mental health-focused, faith-based sessions for parents, carers, and toddlers, supporting them in relaxation, reflection, and reconnection. The project will be piloted in Ipswich from January 2025 and will then be developed across the Diocese and the UK within the next two years.
The Diocese is looking for a Project Administrator who will provide essential administrative and financial support to the National Director and ensure the smooth running of the Perfect Peace project. This role is vital to supporting the growth and functioning of the project, assisting with communications, record-keeping, and supporting our work with local toddler groups.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all enquiries via email and other communication platforms, maintain and update project records, and manage associated financial administration and reporting. They will also play a key role in coordinating and supporting toddler group leaders, ensuring all required training is provided and completed, and help maintain internal and external project communications, including social media accounts.
