Position: Aerospace Sales Representative\n\nLocation: Leeds Based (Covering the UK)\n\nHours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm\n\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nSalary: Competitive, £60k OTE\n\nAbout the Role\n\nA well-established global distributor of industrial and construction supplies is seeking an Aerospace Sales Representative to support and expand its business within the Aerospace, Aviation, and Aircraft Repair Industry. This role involves working with key accounts and new customers to identify solutions, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.\n\nAfter an initial period of onboarding and training, this position may offer a flexible schedule.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing aerospace customers.\n\nExecute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed annual targets.\n\nSupport the sales process and assist with the implementation of quality control procedures.\n\nHandle Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs).\n\nManage inventory, place and fulfill orders, and oversee shipping and receiving.\n\nInspect aerospace products and kit hardware according to customer specifications.\n\nConduct deliveries using a company vehicle.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace.\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nA valid full driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.\n\nAn associate’s degree in Business/Marketing OR two years of industry experience.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\n\nHighly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.\n\nWillingness to travel as needed.\n\nAbility to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages regularly.\n\nCore Values:\n\nCandidates should demonstrate ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork in all aspects of their work.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values professional growth, training, and internal promotions while offering a dynamic and rewarding career in aerospace sales.\n\nBy applying for this position, you consent to Recruit Engineering processing and storing your personal data, including your CV, contact details, and any other relevant information, for the purpose of providing work-finding services.
