Description
Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.
Interact with clients and provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Communicate and liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
Order and maintain office stock and resources.
Organise, coordinate and manage appointments and meetings.
Prepare letters, presentations and reports.
Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems.
Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support.Profile
