Hays is pleased to partner with a growing multi-site organisation in Kings Lynn, currently undergoing a period of positive transformation. As part of their ambitious people agenda for 2025, they are implementing a new HRIS system. We are seeking a dedicated Interim HR Project Advisor to support the Project Lead with data cleansing from existing HR and payroll systems. Additionally, you will assist the People team with HR queries and contribute to various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Management: Assist with the management and optimisation of the people and payroll system.
* Data Management: Perform data cleaning and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and payroll data for the new HRIS.
* HR support: Work as part of a friendly People team, providing HR support to the organisation and contributing to team goals.
What you'll need to succeed
* HR Experience: Some prior experience in HR or payroll is preferred at Coordinator/Advisor level although not essiential
* Data Skills: Confident in data management and data cleaning tasks.
* Systems Skill: experience of working with an HRIS and navigating spreadsheets
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is essential.
What you'll get in return
* The assignment is set to start as soon as possible and is likely to last for 3 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract long-term.
* Our client is open to considering all flexible working requests, including hybrid and remote working, though some time spent at their Kings Lynn office is preferred.
