Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing a talented kitchen brigade.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
* Contribute to menu development and innovative culinary creations.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end establishment.
* Expertise in steakhouse cuisine and passion for delivering exceptional dishes.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor junior chefs.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Flexible approach to work, including weekends and evenings.
