As the ideal candidate, you must possess extensive experience in Acute Medicine, with a clear preference for either Acute or General Medicine as your career path. Alternatively, you may come from an Allied Specialty with a keen interest in Acute Medicine. Your expertise should extend beyond just theoretical knowledge - you must have hands-on experience working at the Registrar level in Medicine or significant exposure at the SHO level in Acute Medicine. Comfort in performing the relevant procedures independently is a must, and an Ultrasound Scan (USS) qualification or at least some USS experience would be an added advantage.
