Hours: 24 hours per week Monday 7.30am - 11.30am and Tuesday - Friday 12pm-5pm

Main Responsibilities
You will be an experienced caretaker with at least two years’ experience working in a similar role and completing maintenance duties. You will have a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations including COSHH. You will be confident, polite, and courteous in communication with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. As an exceptional customer service provider, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative, manage, and prioritize your own workload.
Experience
1. Investigate first-level complaints within the development.
2. Responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the buildings and grounds area.
3. Conduct daily site walk rounds; all faults/maintenance and repairs must be reported to the development manager and the relevant contractor, with reports passed over within the handover log.
4. Investigate faults and issues that arise within the development, from leaks to fire alarms or bike theft, ensuring documentation in the handover log.
5. Daily tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, and vacuuming of communal areas.
6. Responsible for all Health and Safety weekly/monthly testing including Fire Alarm and passenger lifts.
7. If required, dispose of rubbish in the designated rubbish collection area.
8. Carry out deep cleaning as requested.
9. Report any maintenance issues that may arise to the development manager.
10. Be prepared to perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the development manager.
