We are looking to expand our organic traffic and engagement on LinkedIn, and secondarily boosting our presence on Twitter and Instagram. To achieve this, we seek an experienced Social Media Manager who can craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that resonates with our target audience, business to consumer marketers. Our primary business goal is to increase brand visibility, improve our employee advocacy program, connect with influencers, and strategically promote posts and campaigns. Objectives: Our key objectives for this role are: Enhance content strategy to drive more organic visitors and connections. Collaborate with Optimove employees/champions to generate an advocacy-led social media strategy that strengthens the Optimove brand. Engaging with Influencers these include industry experts and reporters/podcasters etc. Run promotional “boosted” posts/campaigns that are strategic to Optimove sales and promotional goals Support LinkedIn, Instagram and X: Support to social media posts. Responsibilities include: Content Creation and Posting: Develop a consistent schedule of high-quality, brand-aligned posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to maintain audience engagement and drive traffic. Collaborate with different departments within Optimove to constantly develop and distribute high-quality, engaging posts. Audience Engagement and Community Management: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster community discussions to build loyalty and encourage sharing. Performance Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on social media performance (engagement metrics, growth trends, etc.) to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement. Strategy Development: Leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to refine and optimize our social media strategy for lead generation and brand visibility. Requirements: 1-3 years experience Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite. Experience with inbound marketing and analytics platforms like HubSpot.
