An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and enthusiastic Adult Registered Nurses to join our friendly and dedicated team on AMU. We are a 23-bedded acute medical unit managing the admission, assessment and treatment of patients with varied medical conditions. Currently, we have plans to expand AMU to deliver a wider range of care and treatment opportunities in the near future.
AMU is looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and wish to contribute to our vision of providing a high standard of compassionate nursing care. We are seeking to recruit staff nurses who can make a difference with their dedication and expertise whilst upholding the trust's values and behaviours.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care.
2. Working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
3. Assisting in the management and organisation of their clinical area.
4. Participating in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of clinical skills and expertise with in-house training and support.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
