Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with neurological conditions.
Administer medications and monitor their effects on residents.
Conduct regular assessments and monitor vital signs of residents.
Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence.
Educate residents and their families regarding health management and care practices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' health status and care interventions.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
Experience in neuro nursing or related fields is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 19:30
End Time: 08:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.00
Location: Newmains, Wishaw
