P Blue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Counsel EMEA, enthusiastic about technology and working with a global SaaS growth company. /p p This role will be part of Blue Yonder's dynamic global Legal Team, focusing on EMEA Commercial Contracts by supporting the EMEA sales teams and handling revenue transaction agreement negotiations. /p p This role will be cross-functional and business units-overlapping, and you will partner with our finance, product development, privacy, and security teams to close opportunities and help the company scale its SaaS operations. You will be part of a well-respected, collaborative legal team that works across all functions and all levels in the company. /p p This role would suit an agile, inquisitive, positive, open-minded, and out-of-the-box thinker with great communication skills, who has the right level of enthusiasm when it comes to attention to detail. You must be keen to develop yourself further and be willing to embrace and champion change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. /p h3 b Qualifications: /b /h3 p In order to be eligible to apply for the Corporate Counsel EMEA role, you should be qualified and regulated in a UK jurisdiction with 1-4 years PQE. Preferably, you have experience and an understanding of the complexity of conflicting local laws, with cultural sensitivities and an eye for local needs. /p h3 b Language Skills: /b /h3 p Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills including French, Italian, or Spanish are desirable but not required. /p h3 b Responsibilities: /b /h3 ol li Review, draft, and negotiate revenue-related agreements, including customer and partner-facing SaaS, software license, and professional services related agreements. /li li Assist in improving and standardizing Blue Yonder's internal templates and processes. /li li Understand company business and operational requirements and translate those requirements into agreements. /li li Engage with customers to solve complex problems in support of commercial objectives while focusing on Blue Yonder's business goals and protecting the company. /li li Provide strategic advice and counsel to internal clients in a fast-paced growth environment. /li li Work with the Legal, Sales, Support, and Finance teams to ensure negotiations result in optimal terms and close customer transactions. /li li Assist with the creation, updating, and maintaining of agreement templates, playbooks, and empowerment materials. /li li Provide practical legal advice and commercial counsel on various data protection issues, including compliance with the GDPR and privacy laws of other jurisdictions where Blue Yonder is doing business, to teams including Product, Marketing, and Associate Success. /li li Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-related issues. /li li Perform other responsibilities and special projects in support of the EMEA and global Legal team's goals and initiatives. /li /ol h3 b What we are looking for: /b /h3 ol li 1-4 years PQE as a practicing transactional attorney (including at a law firm and/or in-house corporate legal experience). /li li SaaS, cloud computing, enterprise software, and Privacy experience. /li li Ability to understand legal, risk, and business impacts to agreement language and deal velocity. /li li Ability to make recommendations confidently to Blue Yonder's business teams and leaders on agreement negotiations. /li li Ability to translate complex legal requirements into layperson terms. /li li Strong analytical skills. /li li Ability to provide customer-centric and solutions-oriented approach while protecting the best interests of the company. /li li Excellent research, writing, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. /li li Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. /li li Success working as part of a team and ability to handle multiple negotiations and assignments. /li li Excellent attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to work with individuals at all levels in the company and around the world. /li /ol h3 b Our Values: /b /h3 p If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
