The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Finance Manager' should have:
* Qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Proven experience in leading a finance team or show exceptional leadership potential
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to strategise and solve problems.
* Strong ethics, with a customer-focused attitude.
* An demonstrable interest in automation or proven experience in automation and process improvement
