This dual role is essential in providing a high-quality and efficient service to our patients, combining front-desk reception duties with key administrative responsibilities. Duties include handling patient enquiries in person and over the phone, booking appointments, processing prescriptions, managing clinical correspondence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
