We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our HR Services team, Reporting to the Payroll & HR Services Manager you will be involved in the day to day running of the department, providing a consistent level of service to our colleagues. You will support through all aspects of HR covering resourcing, training, compliance, payroll, and general HR administration.
About You
So that you're set for success, we’re looking for someone with a strong background in administration and a keen interest in HR, you will be happy working in a fast paced environment where great communication with your colleagues will be key. You’ll be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and have experience working with a high volume workload.
What you will be doing as a HR and Compliance Coordinator…
* Be proficient with the payroll / recruitment / time & attendance / electronic filing systems, using them to record information and maintain accurate and up to date employee personnel records
* Ensure all new employees have a seamless and professional ‘on boarding’ experience and all relevant starter details are collated and recorded
* To administer the variation contract process, ensuring all employees are provided with the necessary documentation supporting any change to their terms and conditions
* Ensure offer letters and contracts are processed and sent within set time limit on receipt of instruction
