Sales Administrator
Location- Halifax
Hours- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary £27,000 - £31,000 DOE
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Administrator to join their dynamic operations team. This hands-on, client-facing role is integral to delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Role as a Sales Administrator:
Plan and allocate team workloads to ensure efficiency and high performance.
Review and refine existing processes to improve effectiveness and implement new strategies.
Perform quality checks on leads and prepare detailed updates for clients.
Join client calls to provide campaign updates, manage lead handovers, and maintain follow-up communication.
Schedule and manage appointments, handle reschedules, and monitor CRM updates.
Gather and analyse post-meeting feedback to improve outcomes and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior leadership to suggest and oversee productivity improvements.
Skills as a Sales Administrator:
A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Experience using Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms is essential.
A motivational team player with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes and deliver under pressure.
