GRADE: 7 JOB PURPOSE: The post holder is primarily responsible for ensuring that the data on the Housing Executive's housing stock is robust, up-to-date and accurate. The post holder will manage a team of Business Analysts and Surveyors that maintain and utilize the Keystone and SAMS Asset Management Systems and undertake a programme of stock condition surveys including the Accessible Housing Register. The post holder will also be engaged in a business role to the further identification and development of ICT/BIM systems in support of Asset Management. Whilst the post is based within Asset Management Division, the post holder is required to provide business support relating to business systems within other Business Units as required. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
