Qualifications and Skills
* Doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration.
* Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including neurodiversity, social, and emotional challenges.
* Strong assessment and consultation skills to develop individualized support plans.
* Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and deliver effective training to staff and parents.
