The School and Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a SEN TA to work within a school in Durham. As a SEN TA, you will be working in small groups supporting learners who have special educational needs. This is a secondary class where the learners are working at an early years level.
The school is seeking someone who can be adaptable, resilient, and who can pick things up quickly. This is a complex and fast-paced environment, so experience is essential!
The desired SEN TA will have:
* Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs.
* A passion for education and helping people.
* A nurturing and engaging personality.
