Responsibilities Undertake Early Help Assessments with families to identify strengths and areas for support. Develop and implement family support plans tailored to individual needs. Chair Team Around the Family TAF meetings to review progress and coordinate multi-agency interventions. Work directly with children and young people, helping them explore their views and worries. Ensure that support plans and interventions are effectively improving outcomes for children, young people, and families. Collaborate with partner agencies to provide a holistic, family-focused approach. Requirements Experience working with children, young people, and families in a support role. Knowledge of Early Help Assessments and multi-agency working. Ability to engage and build relationships with families facing challenges. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of safeguarding procedures and family support interventions.
