As a Workforce Wellbeing and Accessibility Advisor, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for colleagues with long-term health conditions, disabilities, or neurodivergence. Your responsibilities will include:
• Individual Consultations:Conducting one-on-one consultations to understand individual needs and challenges.
• Workplace Assessments:Evaluating work environments to identify potential barriers and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Reasonable Adjustment Recommendations:Developing tailored recommendations to accommodate individual needs and promote workplace accessibility.
• Managerial Support:Providing guidance to managers on implementing adjustments and addressing concerns.
• Ongoing Support:Offering ongoing support to colleagues, monitoring the effectiveness of adjustments, and making necessary modifications.
• Safeguarding:Prioritising the safety and well-being of colleagues, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
