Kameo Recruitment is seeking a confident, proactive, and self-motivated Senior Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team at a fantastic company located just north of Cambridge city centre.

In this exciting role, reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key part in delivering multiple workstreams within a project. You’ll ensure the highest standards of administration and maintain clear communication with clients and other project stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Project Co-ordinator:
1. Manage & maintain all client relationships.
2. Updating several trackers (cost tracker) and databases daily.
3. Support with month-end finances & invoicing.
4. Assist with monthly finance forecasting and monitor/track progress throughout the month against targets.
5. Produce and propose additional costs quotations as required.
6. Manage, support, and guide a small team of project coordinators.
7. Assist with weekly subs payments.
8. Assist with SHEQ responsibilities – pulling ad hoc reports as and when necessary.
9. Track and monitor health and safety reports relevant to the projects.
10. Cover finance presentations on an ad-hoc basis.
11. Provide cover for Project Manager in periods of annual leave.
12. Support the day-to-day running of the project to ensure KPI's are met.
Requirements for the Senior Project Co-ordinator:
1. Previous experience working as a Project Co-ordinator where you closely manage and maintain positive client relationships.
2. Commercial awareness and experience of working with project finances.
3. A confident and enthusiastic approach is essential.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to create, develop and implement key processes.
6. Initiative and confidence to take ownership of issues and solve problems.
7. Ability to work under pressure during busy periods and when against deadlines.
8. Some experience managing a team with the ability to drive team members and push them to achieve KPIs.
9. Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other IT applications.
Hours of work: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Hybrid working: During the training period you will be expected to be in the office 4 days per week. On completion of your training, you will be able to work from home 2 days per week, but this will depend on business demands and will need flexibility.
