Job Title: Early Careers Teacher Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackpool Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to early career students Create and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of individual students Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Relevant degree in Education or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous experience in teaching Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the UK education system Strong classroom management skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles Proficient in using educational technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in teaching in a diverse classroom setting Working Conditions: Temporary position with the possibility of extension Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday Dynamic and collaborative work environment All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
