Role Overview As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in configuring, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work on a variety of complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business needs. Required Skills & Experience 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 development. Expertise in Dynamics 365 Configuration (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights). Strong understanding of Dataverse and database methodologies. Experience developing Power Pages or other portal technologies. Knowledge of API development and microservices architectures. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable. Ability to build custom interfaces within Dynamics 365. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for deployment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management. Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation. Desirable Experience Experience with Azure Cloud Services. Familiarity with SharePoint Online. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
