leading retailers & fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, many of whom are currently looking to streamline operations and incorporate automated solutions into their retail footprint. We’ve recently launched white label projects with some of the world’s largest global businesses (PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Huel, COOK) - Consulting with clients to develop bespoke hardware / software solutions that integrate seamlessly into their existing infrastructure.

The Role
Having doubled our installed machine base during 2024 the business is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relationship Manager. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting continuous growth of our business, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service for our existing client base.
Working across all functions of the business. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious & self-motivated individual to take a lead role in the way we approach customer relationships.
Primary responsibilities:
* Manage existing client accounts – Build strong connections with the company’s client base with the aim of retaining, developing and growing relationships.
* Support the onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, quickly nurturing relationships with key stakeholders through proactive and regular communication.
* Proactively arrange regular catch ups with Mother’s client base to review monthly/quarterly sales & service levels.
* Lead negotiations on client retention – Reviewing past performance and putting together compelling proposals that ensure our client satisfaction & retention.
* Support sales team with new business acquisition, pitches and site visits
Previous Experience
* Proven experience in client account management.
* Experience in contract catering / facilities management settings would be particularly interesting but not essential.
* Must be adept and comfortable at managing high profile and complex projects, with multiple internal and client stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable leading client facing stakeholder meetings and calls.
* Outstanding relationship management skills.
* Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative.
Hours of Work:
Predominately M-F between 9-5:30pm but occasional evening work attending events.
