ShiftPattern: Fixed and continuous to help you plan your life.This is a full time position and will require working alternativeweekends and a share of out of hours phone duty as part of a widerteam.

Responsibilities
* Assistingwith the creation of rotas and working patterns for all staff toensure all service is covered with the support of a CareManager.
* Coordinatingservice delivery daily which includes managing inquiries from staffclients and other health professionals we workalongside.
* Undertaking formal checkson staff in the field.
* Undertakinginitial care assessments and creating and updating client careplans.
* Contribute towards the delivery of ahigh standard of care through effective communication andteamwork.
* Provide cover deliveringcare incontingency.

Working between the hours of 6am2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift) Working alternativeweekends or every Saturday/Sunday Must have a right to work in theUK. Don t worry if you don t have experience in care, we canprovide industry leading training that ensures even though with noknowledge of the role can become the very best Care Workers.Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertakevarious tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparingmeals, administering medication, companionship, and generalassistance with everyday living for those who are unable to managethese themselves physically.
