About the Role:

Responsibilities:
* Work in various retail stores, traveling as needed. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
* Collaborate with a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
* Perform de-merchandising, remerchandising to planograms, fixture cleaning, reprofiling, and stock transportation from warehouse to shop floor.
* Support store replenishment activities.
* Work shifts between 10-12 hours, including days and most nights. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform, where you can set your availability.
* Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
* Travel may be involved when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when staying away from home.
Requirements:
* Attention to detail.
* General fitness for manual handling tasks.
* Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
* Previous retail experience is preferred but training will be provided.
