Join to apply for the Specialist EIP Practitioner role at Trism.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join the Early Intervention in Psychosis (STEP) service.
This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well-resourced and supportive team comprising mental health nurses, social workers, psychologists, medics, carers, and peer support workers. Together, we work to enhance the quality of life for individuals, making this role incredibly rewarding.
Our specialist service supports individuals aged 14-65 who are experiencing, or are at high risk of developing, their first episode of psychosis.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously while being supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, care coordination, outreach, and providing education and liaison support for family members and carers. Your work will focus on reducing the duration of untreated psychosis in the locality and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
We are proud to have received additional investment to further enhance our services. Additionally, our team has been recognized as performing well by the NCAP Early Intervention in Psychosis Spotlight audit, making this an exciting time to join our service.
This post is based at Glanville House, Bridgwater.
