Senior Client Support Analyst Location: Belfast About Our Client: Our client is a leading financial technology firm providing cutting-edge trading solutions to institutional clients. They are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Client Support Analyst to join their growing UK-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a sophisticated client base using a proprietary low-latency trading platform. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Client Support Analyst, you will provide trade, system, and integration support. Responsibilities include: Offering support via phone, email, and chat for clients using GUI-based and automated trading applications. Providing trade support and troubleshooting for proprietary trading algorithms. Investigating order routing and connectivity issues between the firm and multiple execution venues. Diagnosing and resolving system performance and client integration issues. Performing QA testing on trading tools, algorithms, and risk applications, documenting findings as required. Assisting with client onboarding and account setup. Collaborating with DevOps, QA, Sales, and Development teams. Supporting a global client base as part of an international platform support team. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Previous experience in financial services, trading support, or a similar environment. Familiarity with FIX protocol is beneficial. Proficiency in SQL and Python is advantageous, with a good understanding of Equities, Derivatives (Indexes & Options), and Futures markets. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner. Professional and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, client-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Must be based in NI.
