ABOUT THE ROLE PRICING ANALYST Circa £37,000 per annum, dependent upon experience Hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focussed analyst to join our Head Office Revenue Optimisation team. Reporting to the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of demand trends across one or more of the Center Parcs villages and for making recommendations on adjusting price to ensure the Company achieves the optimum balance of occupancy and accommodation rent. Other responsibilities will include providing village operations with forecast and ad hoc reporting requirements, producing standard weekly and daily reports, and when needed using excel knowledge to create new reports. You will also be required to liaise with other departments to ensure the correct pricing & selling points are displayed on all channels and to also support the Corporate Events team by pricing individual corporate requests, ensuring that each corporate booking is profitable for the business. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong numerical ability. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm. Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking. ABOUT YOU Essential skills, qualifications and experience: Strong numeracy skills with an analytical approach and an ability to pick relevant details out of large amounts of information, showing strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate the ability to learn and understand complex equations and formulae Experience in an analytical environment Evidence of experience with Excel and/or other data manipulation software Commercially focussed Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team Desirable skills, qualifications and experience: Degree level qualification in either business studies, mathematics or Tourism Management Experience working in a travel/ leisure environment.
