About the role
As an Administration Assistant your responsibilities will include:
1. Answering telephones, taking messages and transferring calls internally
2. Opening and distributing mail
3. Electronic filing and claims processing/handling
4. Maintaining & updating client / case management systems
5. Manual creation of correspondence
6. Liaising effectively across teams, as appropriate
7. Any other appropriate tasks, as directed
About you
To be successful for the role of Administration Assistant, you must be professional, personable, have good attention to detail, committed, focused and want to develop a career within a busy but growing Insolvency business, which you will be fully encouraged to do and be supported on with dedicated ongoing training.
Previous experience within an insolvency environment would be beneficial but not essential and you must have:

About the salary and rewards
In the role of Administration Assistant, your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, occasional weekend hours may be required, and you will receive an excellent basic salary of £19,500 plus:
