You will oversee the consistency of various preparations within the kitchen to ensure quality product and adherence to standard recipes, and prepare all food according to recipes, guidelines and standards set by the Catering Manager. You will also be required to serve at our busy lunch times to the students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a kitchen/catering environment, and ideally within mass catering in an education setting. NVQ L2 in Food preparation is desirable. You will be an effective communicator, with a passion and desire to provide great customer service.
