What is a Client Care Coordinator?
Putting client-centred care into practice requires the support of the entire organisation. We are seeking a passionate and committed Client Care Coordinator to join our team at our Leeds centre. Here, you'll be part of a friendly team that empowers clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.
Role Overview
As a Client Care Coordinator, your role will primarily involve administrative tasks such as conducting phone consultations, data processing, record archiving, managing the reception desk, and liaising with clients during their care with MSI UK. This list is not exhaustive, and progression opportunities are based on competencies. You will receive bespoke training tailored to equip you in providing safe and effective abortion care to our clients.
