They are recruiting for an air conditioning installation engineer. You will be:
1. Installing (fixed and portable) air conditioning units and a few small refrigeration units.
2. Working on air conditioning 95% of the time – splits, multi splits, VRV, and VRF equipment as well as some small chillers, the rest of the time being on small refrigeration units.
3. Covering the London and M25 area.
4. Dealing with very well-known clients as well as established HVAC contractors.
Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning installation engineer:
1. 40-45k basic depending on experience.
2. Monthly engineers bonus based on personal performance (anything from £100 to £500 per month).
3. Plenty of overtime.
4. Optional call out rota on the service side 1 in 10 weeks if you want it; if not, no problem.
5. Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, and specialist tools.
6. 25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays.
Skills needed to be an air conditioning installation engineer:
1. A proven track record within air conditioning installation on splits, VRV, VRF, and small chillers.
2. Living in or around the London or M25 area, but more towards South East London would be perfect.
3. The relevant industry qualifications, i.e., F Gas certificate and a C&G in air conditioning are needed.
4. Having IPAF, CSCS card, and PASMA would be very beneficial.
